No Churn Melon Ice Cream

Very easy recipe of no churn melon ice cream.

  • Hand-held mixer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Sauce pan
  • Spatula
  • Blender


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 500 g Melon pulp
  • 3 pcs yolks


  • Blend the melon pulp until smooth. Put it aside.
  • In a heat-proof bowl or the top of a double boiler, whisk the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Whisk it until thick, creamy and light yellow. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold the cream to the egg yolks mixture.
  • Add the blended melon to the cream and egg yolk mixture. Mix well.
  • Freeze overnight.
